Touch for Health is a gentle but effective system that brings the body into balance, reduces stress and enables better posture, physical function and emotional wellbeing. Touch for Health does this by working with the energy and goals of each individual client, enhancing well-being and helping maximise performance.
Balance is achieved through using muscle monitoring to assess the body’s energy systems and using gentle, non-invasive techniques to remove blockages. The methods used are based in a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine and more orthodox Western techniques.
Janice is an experienced Touch for Health Practitioner, and in 2016 qualified as a Touch for Health Trainer, enabling her to teach others. She offers individual Touch for Health sessions as well as training in the four levels of Touch for Heath. The training is certificated by the International Kinesiology College.
